 One-to-one Session  

One-to-one sessions, which run for 25-30 minutes, are tailored to focus more closely on the individual. The facilitator carefully considers each person's abilities and condition, adjusting the difficulty and pace of activities to suit their needs. This personalised approach helps individuals to engage more fully and reach their full potential.

Small Group Session 

Small group sessions are designed for 2 to 4 participants, allowing for more individual attention while still benefiting from group interaction. These sessions strike a balance between personal support and social engagement, making them ideal for those who may feel overwhelmed in larger groups but still enjoy shared experiences. Activities are adjusted to suit the group's collective needs and dynamics, fostering a comfortable, inclusive, and engaging environment for all involved.

Large Group Session 

This large group session, which requires a minimum of five participants, is dedicated to either baking and cooking activities or enjoying live music with a guest performer. It is carried out in a warm and friendly atmosphere, encouraging active participation and engagement from all attendees.
