WHO WE ARE

WITH J is a small UK-based organisation dedicated to offering tailored, creative activity programmes for individuals of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Our mission is to support every participant in expressing their unique personality and abilities, while enjoying meaningful and fulfilling experiences.

Based in London and serving surrounding areas, we provide visiting, on-site activities for individuals of all ages. We bring sessions such as painting, crafting, baking and cooking, sensory play, and live music performances directly to participants' homes or supported living environments. We currently deliver these programmes for several branches of Choice Support in the Sutton, Carshalton, and Merton regions.

We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment within the participants' own living spaces, where they can feel comfortable expressing themselves freely.

Jin – Founder & Lead Instructor

After graduating from the École de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne (Now IFM, a merger of the École de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne and IFM) in 2003, she gained professional experience in the fashion industry in both France and South Korea.

In 2006, she moved to the United Kingdom and began teaching and mentoring fashion students through private tuition. Over the following years, she developed extensive experience in education, creativity, and skills development, working closely with individuals to help them build confidence and express their potential.

Since 2017, she has worked in the social care sector, supporting adults with learning disabilities in a variety of settings. Through this experience, she developed a strong understanding of the importance of person-centred support and the positive impact that creative, engaging, and meaningful activities can have on individuals' wellbeing, confidence, and quality of life.

Alongside her professional work, she served as Deputy Director of the Korean Culture and Arts UK CIC from June 2021 to August 2022 and continues to contribute to community initiatives as a member of the Korean Society Health Coach Team.

In 2022, she founded With J LTD, combining her background in creativity, education, and social care to develop meaningful, person-centred support for people with learning disabilities.

Through WithJ Activities, she has created a wide range of tailored experiences that encourage individuals to explore their interests, express themselves, and take part in engaging, supportive activities that promote wellbeing and inclusion.

Starting with arts and crafts, the programme has naturally expanded to include sensory activities, cooking and baking, live music, and various experiences. She continues to lead With J LTD with a focus on building confidence, encouraging participation, and creating enjoyable opportunities that make a real difference in people's everyday lives.
